Rustin, I know that we have had our miscomunications but I wanted to thank you and Brewer Caldwell for your prompt responses and diligence in resolving this matter. Thank you so much for your time and attention. All the HOA fees have been taken care of and my account has been set right. I will gladly reffer anyone who has a rental property to Brewer Caldwell as you are a great company to work with. Things happen and that's just life. It's people and companies like Brewer Caldwell that make life just a little easier. Thanks again Rustin for all your help.

Rustin, Brewer Caldwell is by no means giving me anything, I am owed this money and hopefully will receive it in the end for all of the miscommunication by your team of people there at Brewer Caldwell. I would hate to pursue this any farther as I am hoping the credit is placed on my rental account in full. If not, I will then have no choice but to file further complaints with other city and state agencies. I do not enjoy doing this as it takes up my valuable time as I am working two jobs, attending college and have a husband and three children. I do intend on ending my lease once my term is up and will hopefully be purchasing a home as we have already been approved for a pretty hefty loan. Thanks again for all the help that you have given to me but I feel one more step must be made before I am completely satisfied with Brewer Caldwell.

We then again bring up the fact that Brewer Caldwell never gave us an El Mirage or Rancho El Mirage handbook that we were told by HOA should have been given to us since the move in was very fast. He never sat us down to talk to us about ANY ONE THING imparticular. He rushed into the wrong house (a two bedroom) then at 10pm (after driving 3 days cross country and him telling us he would be there as we called him from Flagstaff) told us to move into the El Mirage home. We then went to your rental and leasing office the following day, redid a new lease (in the lobby), I then gave Brewer Caldwell ANOTHER check for the balance he said we owed and we were on our way in less than 20 minutes. This is not the way one conducts business. It was all about a commission and we now know this. The rental and leasing process was very unorganized as we were there (your secretary is a witness to how long we sat in your lobby waiting for Chris to come back from lunch) for almost 4 hours waiting on Chris. The only valid charge was the water fee and that was paid as you can see on my ledger. I have the same ledger you have. Please look at the additional payment I made for only the water charge as I felt the other fees were incorrect. I have been ignored by Brewer Caldwell from the beginning and this is why I have gone to the extreme with this.
