We just looked at the bottom floor (living room and kitchen) and saw that it was all being kept up pretty well. I have heard so many horror stories with landlords and tenants. My wife and I were both impressed with the condition that the townhome was in and are very comfortable with having them as rental tenants through Brewer Caldwell Property Management. We were happy to meet with them and they were also happy to meet with us. I am really glad we had the opportunity to do so. I also want to thank you for taking care of them - Marla told me that they were very happy with you and that when something needed repairing you were right on it. I appreciate that very much. A property I own in Gilbert is now vacant and I was fully ready to switch management companies due to really poor service over the years from BC. In fact, I was in Phoenix a month ago to check on my property and interview new management companies. <br /> <br /> Fortunately, I was able to meet with my new property managers at <a href="http://www.brewercaldwell.com" rel="nofollow">Brewer Caldwell</a> (I think the 4th PM’s I’ve had in 3 years), Danyele Vine and Laurie Troupa. They both took me through my property, which is an absolute mess and had been vacated without our knowledge, and spent time going through the entire house with me.
