I would like to thank Brewer Caldwell Property Management for performing outstanding as my property management company for the past 4 plus years.It is with regret that I must sell my investment property and leave Brewer Caldwell Property Management. If I return to property investment in the future I will definitely use Brewer Caldwell Property Management as my management company.

I have used the same realtor for many years and when I made the decision to sell the property I automatically used the same one. I was thinking of Brewer Caldwell Property Management as only a property manager and not a broker.
